Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturer's defect or error.

If you receive a damaged item or believe your order has a manufacturer issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

We are not responsible for returns requested due to buyer preference, incorrect ordering, normal wear and tear, or minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.
